Trademarks

All third-party brand names and logos displayed on this website, including ESAB, Wera, Fairview Fittings, Instatraction, AirCat and PIP Global Safety, are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify authorized reseller relationships. No sponsorship or endorsement beyond those relationships is implied.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Informational content. The content on this site is general information about how we work. It is not an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment. Any purchase, pricing, exclusivity, or service arrangement is made only through a written agreement or purchase order signed or issued by both parties.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

No warranties. The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete, error free, or always available.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Crossover Commerce and 15705231 Canada Inc. are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Third-party links and services. The site may link to or embed services run by others, such as scheduling or email tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed.

Privacy policy

We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect. We collect only what you choose to give us: your name, business email, phone number, company, and anything you write in an email or message when you contact us. Our server and our service providers may also record technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you load the site.

Why we collect it. We use it to reply to you, schedule and run calls, assess whether a wholesale partnership makes sense, and carry out any agreement that follows. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers. Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a form-handling service that processes what you enter in order to forward it to our email. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Our email runs on Google Workspace. These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible under local law. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it. We keep business contact and correspondence records for as long as we have a relationship with you and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

How we protect it. We limit access to the people who need it and use reputable, access-controlled services to store it.

Your rights. You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
